2Geographic Coverage Scope
- We ship store products (mobile phones and accessories) to all regions and cities of Saudi Arabia.
- We currently do not provide shipping outside Saudi Arabia.
- Delivery times and fees may vary depending on the city and the remoteness of the area, as detailed in the following sections.
- Some remote areas or areas outside the urban scope may require additional time for delivery, and we will inform you of that at the time of order if applicable.
3Order Preparation Time
After your order is confirmed and the payment is successful, we prepare, package, and hand over your order to the shipping company within the following period:
- Preparation time: determined according to the approved shipping company in business days.
- The preparation period starts from the first business day after the order is confirmed and paid, and does not include Fridays and official holidays.
- Orders confirmed after the end of the business day are counted from the next business day.
- If one of the products is unavailable after the order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or refund the value of the unavailable product.
4Delivery Time and Shipping Companies
The delivery time is calculated after the preparation period ends and the order is handed over to the shipping company, and it varies according to the delivery destination:

- The stated periods are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, congestion during seasons and holidays, procedures of the competent authorities), and we make every effort to inform you of any delay.
- The dates displayed at order checkout are estimates and not guaranteed appointments unless expressly stated otherwise.
5Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Threshold
All prices are in Saudi riyals and are final prices inclusive of all costs. No additional fees are added at payment, except shipping fees if any, which are displayed clearly before order confirmation.

- The final shipping fees are calculated according to the delivery destination and appear before payment confirmation.
- The invoice issued to you includes the total price, the shipping fees, and the payment method, and is saveable for later reference.
6Order Tracking
- As soon as your order is handed over to the shipping company, we send you the tracking number (waybill) via the means determined according to the approved shipping company.
- You can follow the shipment status through the shipping company's website using the tracking number.
- You can also view the status of your orders through your account in the store within the "My Orders" page.

7Receipt and Verification on Delivery
- The risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping remains the responsibility of OMIXUS until the moment it is actually delivered to the order owner or their representative at the registered address, at which point the risk of the product passes to the customer.
- The order is delivered to the order owner or their representative at the address registered in the order.
- We recommend verifying the integrity of the outer packaging and that the products match before signing for receipt, and photographing any visible damage to the packaging immediately upon receipt.
- Your signature on the receipt acknowledges receipt of the parcel only on the surface, and does not waive your legal right to report non-visible damage, a defect, or non-conformity discovered after opening the packaging.
- In the event the product arrives damaged or not matching the order, contact us immediately upon discovering the visible damage or non-conformity and within a reasonable period not less than the period prescribed by law, attaching the photos and the order number, and we will handle the case in accordance with the returns and exchange policy and your legal rights.
- The rights for defective or non-conforming products are guaranteed by law regardless of the cancellation period, and are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
8Failed Delivery and Re-dispatch
To avoid delivery delays or the shipment being returned, please make sure the address and mobile number are correct and that a recipient is available. In the event delivery fails:
- The shipping company attempts to contact you and re-attempt delivery according to its policy (usually a number of attempts determined according to the approved shipping company).
- If you cannot be reached due to incorrect address data, no response, or the recipient's absence, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
- In the event the shipment is returned to us for reasons related to the customer, re-dispatch fees determined according to the approved shipping company may apply to re-attempt delivery.
- If you request to cancel the order after the shipment is returned, we refund the value of the products in accordance with the refund policy, and the actual shipping fees incurred may be deducted as permitted by law.
- No re-dispatch fees apply and no part of the shipping fees is deducted whenever the cause of the failure or return is attributable to the store (a defective or non-conforming product or an error in preparation), and in these cases the full amount paid is refunded including the shipping fees.
- Unreceived orders remain held with us for a period determined according to the approved shipping company, during which we contact you before taking any action.
9Maintenance Service Delivery (Technician Arriving at Your Location)
For repair services, "delivery" is the technician arriving to you at your location instead of shipping a product:
- Service scope: all districts of the city of Riyadh, with the technician arriving within about 60 minutes of confirming the appointment within the covered scope.
- Technician on-site working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM, and Friday from 3:00 PM until 11:00 PM.
- Appointment booking: via WhatsApp around the clock all days of the week.
- The initial inspection is free on-site, the final price is presented in writing before work begins, the repair is carried out in front of the customer without the device leaving their sight, and in accordance with the "no repair = no payment" policy.
- The estimated arrival times are subject to road conditions, congestion, weather conditions, and distance within the city.
- Device ownership acknowledgment: by requesting the maintenance service, you acknowledge that you are the legal owner of the device or authorized by its owner to repair it, and OMIXUS has the right to request proof of ownership before or during the service.
- OMIXUS has the right to refuse or stop providing the service if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the device is stolen or not owned by the service requester, without incurring any obligation toward them.
10Cancelling a Maintenance Service Appointment
The following provisions apply to cancelling technician arrival appointments, and they are announced in advance before the appointment is confirmed:

- The visit fee is deducted from the value of the repair if the appointment is rebooked within 7 days.
11Complaints Mechanism
- For complaints related to shipping or delivery, contact us first via WhatsApp +966570984090 or email [email protected] mentioning the order number, and we are committed to studying and handling your complaint as soon as possible.
- You also have the right to escalate to the Ministry of Commerce via the "Commercial Complaint" app or the unified number 1900.
12General Provisions
- This policy is part of the general Terms and Conditions of OMIXUS, and is read together with the returns and exchange policy and the privacy policy.
- These terms supplement your legal rights and do not cancel them, and in the event of any conflict between them and the Consumer Protection Law or the E-Commerce Law in the Kingdom, the law prevails.
- The Arabic version is the authoritative reference for this policy.
- OMIXUS has the right to update this policy when needed, and the update takes effect from the date it is published on this page.
