You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us before the technician sets off.
How is the repair price determined?
The price depends on the device model, the fault, and the part you choose. We ask for the device details and a photo of the fault when needed, then show you the options and cost before we start. If an extra internal fault appears after inspection we tell you first, and never carry out any extra work without your approval.
How long does an on-site repair take?
It varies by model, fault and part availability. A battery swap is usually 15 to 30 minutes and a screen 30 to 60 minutes, while liquid or logic-board faults may need longer after inspection. Arrival time and the approximate duration are confirmed after we review your request, and may shift with traffic and road conditions.
Is the repair done in front of me?

Could True Tone or Face ID be affected when replacing an iPhone screen?
