- A savable invoice is sent to you after each transaction is completed, including a description of the product or service, the total price, shipping fees if any, the payment method, and a summary of the return or exchange terms where applicable.
- We make our best effort to display product details and prices accurately, but unintentional errors may occur in the description, price, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these errors and to cancel any order arising from an obvious pricing error, with notice to you and a full refund of what you paid in this case.

- Repair service fees are set out in a final written price quote presented to you before work begins, and no work starts before your approval of it.
8Payment Methods
- We accept payment via: mada, Visa, Mastercard (through a portable point-of-sale device), STC Pay, Apple Pay, and cash payment.
- Installment options are available through tabby and tamara over 3 or 4 installments, subject to the terms and approval of the installment service provider.

- Responsibility for the product passes to you upon receipt. Please inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any visible damage immediately.
10Terms of the Mobile Repair Service
Service Principles
- The initial inspection is free, and we present you with a final written price before any work begins.
- Our policy is "no repair = no payment": if the agreed fault cannot be repaired, no repair fees are charged.
- The repair is carried out directly in front of you, and your device does not leave your sight.
- An advanced inspection or diagnostic fee, announced in advance, may apply only in cases that require opening the device or an advanced technical inspection, and it is charged only after notifying you and obtaining your approval before the inspection begins.
Commencement of Work and Diagnosis
- We do not begin carrying out any repair service except based on your express request and your approval of the price quote. When you approve commencement before the expiry of the statutory cancellation period (seven days), you acknowledge that this waives the right of cancellation for the portion of the service that has actually been performed.
- The inspection may reveal additional faults that were not apparent; in this case we notify you of the updated cost and do not begin any additional work before your approval. The estimated price quote is subject to amendment only when a hidden fault appears, and after notifying you and obtaining your approval.
- A separate express acknowledgment is taken from you within the price quote or confirmation message stating that you request the service to begin immediately within the statutory cancellation period, and that you are aware that this request waives your right of cancellation for the portion actually performed.
Parts Options (Original or Replacement)
- Before work begins we disclose to you two options: an original factory part (OEM), or a warranted replacement part (commercial/aftermarket).
- Replacement parts may differ from original ones in brightness, color accuracy, fit, or some features (such as True-Tone or Face ID), and we notify you of this before installation.
- The type of part installed is clearly stated on the invoice.
- Parts provided by the customer themselves: we guarantee the quality of installation only, with no warranty on the part itself.
Data Protection Pledge During Repair
- Our repairs are hardware only. Our technicians do not ask you for your passcode, Apple ID, Google account, or two-factor authentication (2FA) code, and we do not request a factory reset.
- We do not copy, store, transfer, or share any data on your device with any third party.
- You are responsible for taking a full backup of your data (photos, contacts, files, apps) before handing over the device.
- We are not responsible for data loss that predates the repair or that results from the nature of the fault, while taking the utmost care for the safety of your device.
Liquid-Damaged or Severely Damaged Devices
You acknowledge that liquid-damaged or severely damaged devices may not be repairable, may stop working permanently during or after the repair attempt due to their pre-existing condition, and may develop additional faults (screen, motherboard, camera) as a result of prior internal corrosion. The repair attempt is carried out at your request and your own responsibility, with no guarantee of the result, and we are not responsible for the device stopping as a result of the prior damage.
Working Hours, Coverage, and Cancellation
- Field visit times: Saturday to Thursday from 9:00 to 23:00, and Friday from 15:00 to 23:00. Booking via WhatsApp is available 24 hours throughout the week.
- Coverage: All districts of the city of Riyadh, with arrival within approximately 60 minutes.
- Repair appointment cancellation:
- Cancellation more than two hours before the appointment: free.
- Cancellation before the technician sets out (less than two hours): free.
- Cancellation after the technician sets out: a transport fee of 50 Saudi Riyals applies.
- Cancellation after the technician arrives: a visit fee of 75 Saudi Riyals applies, deducted from the value of the service when rebooking within 7 days.
Device Ownership and Proof Thereof
The customer acknowledges that they are the lawful owner of the device or authorized to dispose of it. OMIXUS has the right to refuse or halt the service when there is suspicion that the device is stolen or lost, and we may request proof of ownership (purchase invoice / device box / matching identity details), and we cooperate with the competent authorities and report to them in accordance with the regulations when there are indicators of this.
11Warranty on the Repair
The warranty covers the part that has been replaced and the quality of installation only, and does not include any new fault or one unrelated to the repair. The warranty period varies according to the type of part:
| Part / Service Type | Warranty Period |
|---|---|
| Original battery | 24 months |
| Original screen | 12 months |
| Motherboard / Camera / IC circuits / Speaker / Charging port | 6 months |
| Commercial / replacement parts (aftermarket) | 3 months |
| Installation and soldering (manual workmanship) | 30 days |
With every repair, a warranty certificate via QR code is issued, documenting the type of part and the warranty period.
What Voids the Warranty
- New physical damage, breakage, dropping, or pressure after the repair.
- Ingress of liquids or moisture after the repair (other than for liquid-damage-related repairs).
- Opening the device, tampering with it, or having it repaired by a third party after it leaves the center.
- Removing, changing, or tampering with the warranty seal or the QR code.
- Faults unrelated to the part or service covered by the warranty.
Note regarding water resistance: Water resistance is not guaranteed after opening any sealed device, as it is affected by factors beyond our control. Also, any third-party repair may affect the original manufacturer's warranty, and we are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty.
12Returns, Exchange, and Refunds (Products)
Right of Cancellation Within 7 Days
In accordance with the E-Commerce Law in the Kingdom, you have the right to cancel the contract within seven days of receiving the product or of concluding the service contract, provided that you have not used the product, benefited from the service, or obtained any benefit from it, after which the amounts paid are refunded. For a return to be accepted, you must provide the purchase invoice or proof of payment and return the product in its original condition, complete with its accessories and packaging. In the case of cancellation within 7 days without a defect, the customer bears the cost of returning the product. However, if the product is defective or non-conforming (Section 11.3), the store bears the full return costs.
Cases to Which the Right of Cancellation Does Not Apply
By way of exception to the above, the right of cancellation within 7 days does not apply to the following cases, in accordance with the Implementing Regulation of the E-Commerce Law:
- Activated or used devices: Any device that has been activated or used, since it cannot be returned to its original delivered condition.
- Opened or activated SIM cards: For health reasons and because they cannot be resold after being opened or used.
- Sealed accessories for health reasons (such as earphones and screen protectors) after their packaging is unsealed.
- Products specially made or prepared according to specifications you requested (custom configuration or special order).
- Bundled products made of several items that cannot be returned to the original condition in which they were delivered.
- Performed repair services: After the service has actually been performed (benefit realized), the right of cancellation does not apply to the performed portion, and you retain only the right to claim relating to defects in performance or warranty.
- Perishable products within the cancellation period, products whose price fluctuates with market changes beyond our control, and contracts concluded through a public auction.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Your right in the event the product is defective or non-conforming with the agreed specifications is a right independent of the cancellation period (7 days) and is not subject to the exceptions above. In this case you have the right to claim repair, exchange, or refund of the value in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. You must provide the purchase invoice or proof of payment and return the product in its original condition with its accessories. If the same defect recurs after two repair attempts, you have the right to request an exchange or a full refund.
13Intellectual Property
- All contents of the website, including the "OMIXUS" trademark, the logo (the custom O-ring symbol), the texts, images, icons, graphics, designs, SVG files, and the arrangement of content, are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by the intellectual property regulations in the Kingdom.

- Misuse the contact channels or send abusive or harassing content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website and services upon any violation, while reserving our right to take legal action.
15Uncollected Devices (in the Repair Service)
- Please collect the device within 30 days of being notified of its readiness.
- After the grace period expires, announced storage fees may apply.
- After 90 days pass without collection or response, despite two documented notifications (a message and a call), the device is deemed abandoned, and we have the right to dispose of it to cover our dues in accordance with the regulations.
- Your data remains protected, and no device containing data is resold before it is securely wiped.
16Ownership of Replaced Parts
Damaged or replaced parts become the property of the store after the repair and are recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner, unless you expressly request their return at the time the device is handed over. Liquid-damaged parts, or those whose reuse is prohibited for technical or security reasons, are not returned except after their usability has been disabled.
17Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- Our liability is in all cases limited to re-performing the repair free of charge or refunding the paid value of the service or product, whichever is most appropriate for the case.
- We do not bear any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to: loss or damage of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or moral damages.
- The website and its content are provided "as is" without any implied warranty as to being free of errors or service interruption, and we do not bear any harm to your device from the mere use of the website.
- Important exception: This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from gross negligence or direct fault on our part, where compensation is made according to the proven actual damage and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Nor does this limitation apply to bodily harm or damage to other property of the customer resulting directly from the technician's act during the field visit, where compensation is made according to the proven actual damage and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. These limitations also do not waive any statutory rights that may not be waived.
18Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your unlawful use of the website or services, or your infringement of the rights of others.

The updated version is published on this page along with an update of the "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the website or our services after publication is deemed acceptance of the amendments. The amendments do not apply retroactively to any purchase order or repair contract previously concluded before the amendment was published, as each contract is governed by what was in effect at the time it was concluded. When a material amendment is made, we notify you with a visible notice on the website or via your registered email/WhatsApp, and you retain the right not to continue before the amendment takes effect. We advise you to review this page periodically.
23Force Majeure
OMIXUS shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations if it arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics, government orders and decisions, interruption of electricity, communications, or payment systems networks, inability to supply parts, or shipping company conditions. The affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the impediment, and we contact you to reschedule or refund what you paid for the portion not performed. This does not affect your non-waivable statutory rights.
